Refund and Returns Policy

At Giftforshe, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days. Email contact@giftforshe.com before shipping return. Do not use sender’s address. Ensure items are unworn, in original packaging. Use tracked shipping. Refunds processed within 3-5 business days.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You must contact us within 30 days of your delivery date to initiate a return.
  • All returned items must be:
    • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
    • With all tags attached
    • Packed in their original packaging
  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Please use a tracked shipping method when returning your item(s). We are not responsible for lost returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged or lost due to customer misuse
  • Orders where the buyer selected an incorrect product (e.g., wrong length, color, or style) and did not contact us before the item was shipped

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us first at contact@giftforshe.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos and/or videos of the item(s)
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  3. If approved, we’ll send you a return authorization email with the return address and instructions.
    ⚠️ Do not ship returns to the sender’s address on the package. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

4. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We recommend using USPS or another trackable carrier.
  • Important for international returns: To comply with customs regulations, please declare the item value as under $30 USD on the shipping label. If a higher value is declared and incurs tariffs or duties, you will be responsible for those charges.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after this time:
    • First, check your bank account or credit card statement.
    • Then contact your bank or card issuer—processing times may vary.
    • If you still don’t see the refund, please email us at contact@giftforshe.com.

6. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped.
  • If canceled in time, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
