Custom Handmade Products:

1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch.
2. Confirmation & Assessment. Email confirmation of product details and assessment takes 1-2 business days.
3. Crafting Time: Skilled artisans take 10-20 business days to create your custom piece, depending on design complexity.

Your goods will be shipped by our trusted courier partners like USPS, UPS, and other local carriers for safe and efficient delivery.

If the product is defective or damaged, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. Please send a return request and send the item back to us within 15 days of receiving it for a full refund. Once we receive the product, we will refund your original purchase in full with no charge (no restocking fee). Please include your name and order number on the return package.

Yes, we support order cancellation, please email us at contact@giftforshe.com within 24 hours of placing your order, informing us of your order number, and your explicit request for cancellation, and we will issue a full refund immediately upon receipt of your email.

To cancel an order after more than 24 hours (before shipment, transaction fees apply):

• 2.6% for credit/savings card users

After shipment:

• Orders cannot be canceled. If you wish to return an item, please pick up the package and contact contact@giftforshe.com for return instructions. Refused shipments may result in double shipping charges being deducted from your refund.
